I was excited this weekend to have a great salad when I realized my salad dressing had expired in April.
Oops. I found this recipe and used it as a starting off point for my own.
My variation:
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tsp. ground mustard
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
1 tbsp. minced fresh basil
